The West is isolating itself from the rest. What most people don't understand is that China can actually decouple from the West faster than the West can do the same. China will develop its alternatives for everything from semiconductors to financial services, cars to medicine.

This will be very bad news for all those companies, which are now selling a lot of things or services to Chinese. China rightfully sees them as a risk. Permanent loss of sales to China. I expect 1/3 profits/revenue of many Western companies gone in 5 only years.

I don't know what the West is expecting. Are they still drooling for the collapse of Chinese economy and followed by a pro-West regime change? Or are they thinking India can replace China in mere 5 years? Both are pipe dreams and wish is an extremely bad long-term strategy.
